Change orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but because we complete most of the building aspects ourselves in-house, there are usually minimal or no costs for change orders. We provide a detailed cost estimate for any changes you request, and we only proceed with your approval. Our goal is to keep you informed and ensure there are no surprises along the way.
